I just found out that Norm is retiring from the New Yankee Workshop. I guess it had to happen sometime. I use to watch Norm as a woodworking teenager all the time on Iowa Public Television. As I became more educated as a woodworker I realized that I don't agree with some of his woodworking methods. However I realize he probably had an influence on me and I thank him for that.
